4:30 – 5:00: COTM and MSOT Registration

5:00 – 6:00: COTM Annual General Meeting

6:00 – 7:00: Light Supper and MSOT Registration (Meeting attendees are also welcome to enjoy the facility and the grounds at this time) 

7:00 – 8:00: MSOT Annual General Meeting

AGM packages will be distributed to members in September via mail, with complementary documents posted on the MSOT and COTM websites.
