Results Released from Delirium Symposium

On November 18, 2008, an interprofessional group convened a symposium entitled Delirium: The Neglected Emergency. Dr. David Hogan, from Calgary was the keynote speaker; local presenters were from medicine, occupational therapy, social work, pharmacy and nursing. The breakout session focused on strategies to improve the prevention, detection, and treatment of delirium.
